By accessing or using Yzzy Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter this agreement.
Yzzy Social is a web-based platform that allows users to connect social media accounts, manage content, schedule and publish posts, monitor analytics, and collaborate across teams.
Yzzy may offer both free and paid features (“Plans”). Paid plans may have specific limits, billing cycles, and feature sets described at the time of purchase.
To use the Service, you must register and maintain an account with accurate information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or breach.
Yzzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
Publish or distribute spam, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform’s code.
Circumvent account, API, or rate limits.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its connected networks.
Use automated bots to scrape, copy, or collect data without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we believe these Terms are violated.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, schedule, or publish through Yzzy Social (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant Yzzy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
Ensuring you have rights to the content you post, and
Complying with each social network’s terms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
We do not claim ownership of your connected social accounts or any media you publish.
When connecting third-party accounts (e.g. Meta/Facebook/Instagram), you authorize Yzzy Social to access those platforms on your behalf within the permissions you grant.
We only request the scopes needed to publish and read analytics.
You may revoke these permissions at any time from your social network settings.
Each network’s terms of use continue to apply; Yzzy is not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party APIs.
Billing: Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled before renewal.
Payment Processing: Payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
Refunds:
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds are granted only when required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes or fees.
Trials, betas, or preview features may be offered temporarily. They are provided “as is” and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
We make no warranties regarding their stability or results.
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms,
You misuse the Service or APIs,
Your payment fails or subscription expires, or
Required by law or by a platform partner (e.g. Meta).
Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, but you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
All software, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials within Yzzy Social are owned by or licensed to Yzzy LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Yzzy Social is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be secure or permanently stored.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Yzzy LLC, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yzzy LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to those practices.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including API integrations or pricing structures.
If changes materially affect your rights, we’ll provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved:
First, by good-faith negotiation between the parties;
If unresolved, by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, war, or acts of government.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Yzzy LLC regarding Yzzy Social and supersede any prior agreements.
